We  have been creating successful medical device designs for over 30 years and regularly conceive innovative solutions to suit most applications. Our original designs have enabled many of our clients to patent their products. We specialise in developing generic devices and redesigning existing products, typically reducing complexity, part count and build times without compromising performance.

Using  our on site CNC facilities we routinely create styling models, make prototype parts to prove fit and function and provide small scale batch production. We have a laboratory scale electrostatic and moisture controllable environment plus airflow test equipment for device testing. Our Sensable touch sensitive modelling system enables us to produce complex and organic shaped designs in record time.

Bulbrook  Associates provides comprehensive technical drawings and details to support our designs. We also develop build procedures and design specifications to customer requirements. For projects requiring validation, we work with manufacturers to ensure our clients have full documentation to suit regulatory submissions in Europe and USA.

As  part of our normal service, we supply custom built interactive 3D PDF portfolios with all our designs. This enables all parties - especially non-engineers - to access easy to understand part details during and after the design process, enhance BOM systems, create build procedures or just provide superb product presentations. If  you need assistance in setting up or moving manufacture, we can orchestrate things for you and can source manufacturers appropriate for your products.  If you have a product already in manufacture, we can advise on design changes to improve profitability through material savings and reduced build times.
